Seun Kuti continues the musical legacy of his father, the afrobeat pioneer and visionary Fela Kuti.

Assuming the position of the leader of Egypt 80 after his father’s untimely passing, Seun adds to the political and social ethos of Fela’s music to create something equally as transcendent.

A saxophonist and percussionist in nature yet digging deep into African traditions to reflect the continent’s struggles and cultures, Seun Kuti carries the torch with infectious grooves and powerful song-writing.

Unanimously hailed for continuing along the path laid down by his father, he’s still found his own distinctive voice as songwriter, singer, and band leader. Prepare to witness something special later this month.
