What's On
Head over to the What’s On Page to see what’s coming up. You can choose between standing tickets on the ground floor or a table in the mezzanine restaurant overlooking the stage.
Ticket Upgrades
If you have general admission tickets and would like to upgrade to the restaurant, or if you would like to swap your table, please book your preferred table through the show listing and contact us at info@thejazzcafe.com with your original and new order numbers. You will only be able to upgrade if there is availability.
Box Office
We don’t have an on site box office, all ticket sales are done online through the listings on the What’s on page. If you have any queries please contact the ticket outlet you purchased with directly.
Additional Guests
Tables are for 2 or 4 people, depending on the table you select. The number of people on your table cannot be amended.
Booking Times & Set Times
Your restaurant table is available from when doors open until curfew, please check your tickets for exact times.
Live music usually starts between 60-90 minutes after doors, but this is subject to change. Please ask a member of staff for exact times once you arrive.
Dietary Requirements
We cater for dietary requirements, just let your server know on the evening and they can talk you through your options. Gluten and dairy free options are available.
Accessibility
Whilst the main area of our venue is wheelchair accessible, unfortunately our restaurant is only accessible via stairs.
Any customers who require assistance in attending one of our shows are entitled to a free ticket for their carer. To secure a carer’s ticket in the restaurant, please purchase your preferred table and email us at info@thejazzcafe.com with the name of your carer and your table number. We’ll deduct the cost of their ticket from your bill on the night of the show.
Please note tables 18 to 23 and Bar Tables 1, 2 and 3 offer higher, bar-style seating and may not be appropriate for some people. Please write to us if you’re unsure and require further information.

All Shows are 18+. Everyone who comes to the venue must carry a valid form of ID. We only accept passports/national I.D’s and driving licenses.
