Modern day avant garde jazz doesn’t get much bigger than The Bad Plus.

The Minneapolis based trio’s extensive body of work goes back over 15 years, and have built up a diverse and ardent following, having successfully crossed over from the jazz world into rock and pop thanks to their covers of Nirvana, Neil Young, David Bowie, Radiohead and even Ligeti and Stravinsky’s daunting The Rite Of Spring.

Playing live, the trio’s musicianship and performative qualities shine through, join us for their long awaited return to the Jazz Cafe in November.
