“Keyon Harrold is the future of the trumpet” – Wynton Marsalis

Keyon Harrold has developed a reputation as one of the world’s most sought-after, emotionally electric young trumpeters. As a staple in New York jazz clubs he’s created a cross-over sound that stands him out as a unique and notable performer, touring and recording with Jay-Z, Common, Erykah Badu, Lauryn Hill and more.

His excellent debut album The Mugician, which features guest spots from the likes of Robert Glasper, Gary Clark, Jr., Pharoahe Monch and more, blends elements of jazz, classical, rock and hip hop and confirms the eclectic spirit of his music. So highly regarded is he as a player that he performed all of the trumpet parts in the critically acclaimed Miles Davis biopic ‘Miles Ahead’, featuring Hollywood actor Don Cheadle.
